Convenient Cats

In Japan some people think that it is cruel to spay or neuter your pet. Of course many Japanese people are responsible pet owners. But in the last year I have been asked to intervene in 3 incidents in which a full litter of kittens were abandoned in a public place. This litter of 4 kittens below were about 5 days old when ditched in a box at a nearby convenience store.
