Spay or Neuter Cats Before Spring

The Spay/Neuter clinic in Kyoto — Zero No Kai — will take appointments on January 25, 26 and 27. We have learned that 55% of the yearly Hokenjo (public authority) cat kills are in the months of March, April and May. We want to encourage people to spay area cats before spring comes. Susan and David will be available January 26th and 27th to assist anyone, including helping with transportation to the clinic.
