New rescues…

Fantasia was rescued in our town, near one of our TNR feeding stations, obviously abandoned there. She was in a terrible state, emaciated, hair matted and filthy, with much of the skin around her neck eaten away by scabies. She has been to the vet for her first scabies treatment, and is eating like a horse! We won’t be able to wash her until her health improves, but the vet thinks she will do well. A woman from the UK has sponsored her treatment and care!

Choco and Cookie were rescued from a location now starting a TNR project. They have upper respiratory infections, scabies, and are also emaciated. Their eyes and nose were crusted closed with discharge, so they were not able to eat or drink much. After emergency treatment, they are resting better, and we have hopes that they’ll be able to eat and drink on their own soon. If you are able to provide foster care in your home for them, once they recover, or to sponsor their care, please let us know.
