Tokyo–the cat’s out of the bag!

Volunteers gathered again this past Sunday in Tokyo to continue planning JCN’s bright future in the big city. With several quick requests for help on Tokyo TNR projects, following the recent article about JCN in The Japan Times, volunteers are anxious to get started helping people help Tokyo’s stray and abandoned cats. We are now looking for a location in the Tokyo area, to serve as office and TNR meeting center. We are also asking for help with transportation for cats, people and supplies, traveling between Kansai and Tokyo. If you have any ideas about a good place or a way to donate rail tickets or other transportation, please let us know! We’ve had an incredible year of TNR, rescue, and rehoming, and we look forward to all we can accomplish this year in both the Kansai and Kanto areas.
