Japan Cat Network is a nonprofit organization providing assistance to people, and has helped hundreds of people successfully solve problems involving cats. Our rescue list shows only part of what we do throughout the year. Additionally our work involves helping people connect to resources, as well as all around problem solving. If you have a cat related problem, feel free to contact us for advice, support and assistance. We many not always be able to help, but we are willing to listen and to give it a try. Of course we are not medical professionals, so if your situation requires medical attention, please seek that immediately.
TNR is the most important way in which we often provide help to people interested in helping cats. Reducing the reproduction of unwanted kittens remains our number one priority as an organization, so we are also committed to promoting spay and neuter for all pets. Starting Trap, Neuter, Return (TNR) Programs in Your Neighbourhood
We want to help you start a TNR program in your neighborhood. We can teach you how to trap, loan you traps, and direct you to low cost spay/neuter clinics.
Rehoming
If you are involved in a TNR program, then we will help you try to find homes for cats and kittens, which are unsuitable for being put back on the street.
