Buster was abandoned in front of the shelter when he was about 2 months old. We found him frantically trying to get INTO the downstairs enclosure, which was a bit of a switch for us! Abandonment is a crime, but is also a cruel act, often with tragic results. In his case, Buster was luckier than most. We found him before anything bad could happen to him, since for some strange reason, he didn’t quickly run far away from all of the smells of the larger cats from the shelter. Over a time we found that Buster is a cat cat rather than a people cat. He likes his life in the garden enclosure, with his cat buddies, and stays well away from any visitors that stop by to see the cats. He’s a perfect cat for you to love from a distance!
