Tenshi was one of the only two kittens ever born at our shelter. We had rescued a very sick cat, who very unexpectedly gave birth. 2 of the kittens died within a few days, but 2 survived, and Tenshi was one. He is a gentle and loving boy, now nearly 10 years old, and has spent his entire life in the shelter. After neutering, we discovered that Tenshi was one of the rare cases of cats that continue marking their territory. We’ve tried lots of things to change his behavior, but he is very determined that everything smell like him. In fact, we have to keep any eye on him if any visitors enter his enclosure! He’ll never be a good house cat, but his problem is easier to manage in a shelter environment, with an outdoor enclosure. In spirit, this sweet soul is as angelic as his name!
