Frances
Frances was trapped with her 2 siblings, at 3 months of age, in a TNR project area. She is
unsocialized, and uncomfortable with human contact, so not an ideal
adoption or fostering candidate. She was born sometime in
2001, and her sibling remaining at the shelter is Albert. Frances is currently looking for a sponsor, while staying at the JCN Kansai shelter, and can be visited there. Feel free to contact us if you are interested in sponsoring her care.
