Penny 
On June 5th, Penny was found abandoned
in front of a shopping center with her sister at about 6 weeks of age.
Both kittens were weak, emaciated, and seemed traumatized.
Unfortunately her sister did not survive, but Penny hung in there, and
has become a beautiful young cat. She's a bit shy with new people, but
loves attention from those she knows. She is currently looking for a good home, while
staying at
the JCN Kansai shelter, and can also be available for adoption in other
locations. JCN regularly
brings kittens and cats to the Kanto area for adoption and fostering.
