These are pictures from the 08/11/2009 Nara tnr project. These two kitties were actually a little friendly and we were able to just put them in cages, but the mother evaded us the entire day. Halfway through the day, we went out to have lunch and to pick up little Lucky, a kitten rescued by an English teacher. We finally gave up in the evening, and left the trap with the ladies there. Sure enough, the cat came out immediately after we left. She was caught and all were taken in for spay/neuter! We also picked up 3 kittens that had been abandoned in the area. The adult cats have been returned and the kittens have since been transferred to PAWS for re-homing.
